Refund Policy

1. Wallet deposits

Manual crypto or other wallet top-ups that have been credited and confirmed are generally non-refundable once available for spending inside the cockpit, except where required by applicable law or where a deposit was duplicated due to a verified technical fault.

2. Package activation

When you activate a published package from wallet balance, that purchase is considered consumed for the billing period selected. We do not refund activated package fees for change of mind, unused account slots, or strategy performance outcomes.

3. Unused prepaid capacity

If your workspace uses prepaid / daily-style capacity and you disconnect accounts, unused future days may remain as wallet credit according to the product rules shown at purchase time. Already-elapsed connected days are not refunded.

4. Add-ons

Optional add-ons (for example shared IP, dedicated IP, or provider capacity when enabled) are billed according to the rates shown in the cockpit. Started add-on periods are non-refundable once provisioned.

5. Service faults

If a verified platform outage prevents access to core cockpit functions for a material continuous period, MyForexCopier may, at its discretion, issue wallet credit proportional to the disruption. Trading losses, broker downtime, or misconfigured copy settings are not refundable events.

6. Charge disputes

Contact support through the Contact page before opening a payment dispute. We will review wallet ledgers, deposit hashes, and package activations to resolve eligible cases.

7. How to request a review

Email the support address listed on Contact with your account email, transaction reference, and a short description. Reviews are typically answered within a few business days.
